2024 - 2025 FALL SEASON The Fall Season will run September 14th thru November 16th. Games will be played at various fields throughout our Region depending on the Division. Divisions will include Playground, Schoolyard, 6U (possibility of Coed), 7U (possibility of Coed or combining with 8U), 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 19U for boys and girls. *Please be aware that although the regular play season ends on November 16th, Region playoffs will be held in December for 10U and 12U (December 7th/8th and/or 14th/15th). There is also a possibility of teams being invited to go onto Area playoffs and Section playoffs which are historically held in January and February respectively. Playground (3U) and Schoolyard (4U) will be jamboree style. All other divisions will be played like a regular season so long as there are enough players to form four teams in any given division. If there are not enough players to form four (4) teams, forming Coed teams will be considered by the Region Board (possibility for 6U and 7U). The Region will also consider combining divisions at the lowers ages only (7U and 8U), is appropriate. 14U division and Upper Divisions (16U and 19U) will be played as an Area program so all games will be Inter-Region. 16U and 19U may also be played Inter-Area. There is a likely possibility of the 12U program playing Inter-Region games depending on how many teams the Region is able to form.
Goodie Bags will be given to the first 50 players to register.
Early Bird Registration is $160 (+$25 AYSO membership fee; +$2.75 transaction fee) for a total of $187.75. This registration price will last through July 28th for all players. Beginning July 29th, the registration fee will be $200 (+$25 AYSO membership fee; +$2.75 transaction fee) for a total of $227.75. Explanation of registration fees: The registration fee will include uniforms, pictures, field and equipment costs and other attendant Region costs for the season. The AYSO membership fee ($25) goes directly to AYSO National Office to cover administration, insurance and organizational costs and the $2.75 transaction fee is charged by Sports Connect. The Region does not receive any part of the membership fee or the transaction fee and is therefore not able to refund said amount.
Refund Policy Notification must be made to the Registrar for Region 15 via email [email protected] order for the notification to be valid. - For notifications up until July 31, the amount refunded will be $27.75 less than the total amount paid for the player's registration fee. This is due to the AYSO Membership fee and transaction fees that are charged at the time of registration.
- For notifications between August 1st and August 31, the amount refunded will be $77.75 less than the total amount paid for the player’s registration fee. This includes the AYSO Membership and transaction fees that are charged at the time of registration.
- There will be no refunds for player withdrawal notifications after August 31 or sooner if the player has stepped on the pitch.
Payments can be made online but paperwork may still need to be turned in. If your player is a first-time player in AYSO and/or Region 15 or has had at least a one year break from playing, a birth certificate will be needed for verification purposes. This document may be uploaded at the time of registration. If you are not able to upload the birth certificate at the time of registration, you will need to come to one of our walk-in registration events to show the birth certificate to one of our qualified board members. If you would like to pay the registration fees by cash or check, you will need to come to one of our walk-in registration events. Walk-In Registrations will be held on June 6th and August 1st at Sur la Brea Community Room (La Casita - top of hill, next to tennis courts). Other dates may be added later. You may also contact the Region Registrar at [email protected] to make arrangements to drop off payment. For additional information and registrations, please visit our website,www.AYSO15.org.
